A LOOK INSIDE: ‘From shell to sky’

A seed. Often a symbol used in my practice, as i find it holds so much relativity. We were created and made from a seed. I see the symbolism of a seed harnessing vasts amounts of unexplored energy, the potential to grow into something majestic, and yet coming from such a humble beginning.

Even when Blended into the background, after having sprout, it is up to you to define it, to witness its potential from the noise and distractions.

Would you water a seed for it to grow into its excellence?

A seed. A powerful, recurring symbol in my practice, as I find it holds profound relativity. We, too, came from a seed, small, unassuming, yet brimming with infinite potential. And yet, within its form lies a universe of unexplored energy, the promise of growth, and the possibility to become something extraordinary.

The seed speaks to beginnings, quiet, unnoticed, and often overlooked. But it is in its stillness that the essence of life awaits, a silent force yearning to be watered, lit, and offered time. Even when Blended into the background full of distractions, its potential remains, waiting to be recognized, witnessed, and cultivated. Can you define it?

It is a reflection of choice. Would you pause amidst the chaos to see it? Would you nurture it, water it, and give it space to thrive? For a seed, like our own potential, will only grow into its excellence when it is met with intention and care. It asks of us to believe in what cannot yet be seen and to trust in the simplest of beginnings
